Chalets had clean, modern facilities with rustic architecture and wood that matched the cold climate, equipped with fridge, stove, hot water, blankets for cold weather, BBQ and fire pit areas. The location was in an exclusive city zone surrounded by many chalets, away from car pollution but close to restaurants like Candelatte with delivery options. The place was pet friendly with ample free space for dogs and fresh air. Staff were very kind and attentive throughout the stay.
