A small hotel was situated in a good location for exploring Medellin, with the Universidad Metro Station and botanical garden nearby. The staff provided friendly and helpful service around the clock. Facilities were clean, though some noise was noted. Breakfast was satisfactory, complementing the overall comfort of quiet rooms. Security measures were adequate near the hospital area.
