The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious and equipped with smart TVs. The location was convenient, within walking distance to major Medellín attractions in a quiet neighborhood. Late check-in until 11:30 pm was available, adding flexibility for arrivals. Card payments were accepted without requiring prepayment before arrival.
