The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was located near restaurants, supermarkets, a major mall in Medellín, and public transportation with easy access to tourism plans. The room was big enough with a comfortable bed and pillows while the bathroom had hot water and good toilet facilities. WiFi was very strong in all areas of the hotel.
