The accommodation featured spacious rooms with warm showers and good water pressure. Friendly staff provided free tea and coffee in the reception area, along with drinks and snacks for purchase. A balcony area was available for guests to enjoy. Some minor issues included cigarette burns on the toilet cistern, a melted hairdryer, and a shower door that did not close properly. The location was central but considered less safe by some solo travelers due to nearby nightlife noise throughout the night.
