The location offered easy access to restaurants, malls, and supermarkets within walking distance. The hotel was situated near the stadium and a metro station, with the popular Laureles area reachable by foot. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, though English was not spoken on site. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and included amenities like high-speed internet and air conditioning. Noise from a busy street affected quiet hours during some nights.
