The hotel featured spacious, immaculate rooms with beautiful city and mountain views. The staff demonstrated exceptional kindness and professionalism, providing courteous and dedicated service while remembering guests' names. Facilities were well maintained with modern technology, contributing to a luxurious atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, though restaurant service showed occasional delays and order mistakes.
