The hotel featured a beautifully designed interior with spacious, comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. The location was convenient, within walking distance to El Poblado’s main areas and metro stop. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service, including accommodating room changes promptly. Breakfast was good, though the coffee offered was instant. Numerous nearby dining options added to the overall convenience of the stay.
