New and clean facilities had some issues like a garage door that never closed with the remote, a broken fridge that spoiled food, and only one soap for shower and sink, mattresses were thin with wires felt in the back. The apartment was comfortable, centrally located within walking distance to several sites, but lacked hot water as stated in the reservation. Parking was tight with four cars lined up and access to the second floor was unsafe for children.
