The property offered spacious, clean rooms that matched the pictures accurately. The location in Laureles was considered one of the best areas in Medellin. Staff members were consistently described as friendly and helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk. Facilities were well-maintained and environmentally friendly. Breakfasts featured outstanding quality, complementing a comfortable stay with excellent shower pressure and hot water.
