The staff were friendly and helpful, with Sanja standing out for exceptional service. The location was calm, close to Provenza nightlife yet quiet at night. Beds featured privacy curtains, and the breakfast was tasty. Common areas encouraged a welcoming social atmosphere. Tours were arranged at good prices by the owner.
