The hotel was modern and well appointed, featuring a rooftop restaurant, pool, and gym that contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. The location was ideal for walking around El Poblado, close to food, entertainment, and parks. Rooms were clean and cozy with good design elements. Staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast served at the hotel restaurant was delicious.
