Helpful and service-oriented staff provided attentive front desk assistance throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a great variety with good service, though it was noted as expensive. Rooms were clean, spacious, and featured fantastic views of Medellin. The location was excellent, situated inside a mall with modern renovations enhancing comfort. Waiters demonstrated politeness and readiness to assist at all times.
