The apartment was extremely clean and well-equipped with new appliances, two separate air conditioners, and a large twin jet bathtub that took a long time to fill. The host Jose was very friendly, spoke good English, and was thorough in orienting to the suite features. Security had pin codes for both doors set by the host and a watchman on the second floor, however, there was no deadbolt on the room door. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals, some rooms had balconies suitable for morning coffee, and it was located in a safe area with plenty of restaurants blocks away.
