The place was very clean with friendly and responsive staff. The location was well situated near a shopping mall and close to Metro Plus station, providing easy access to the city. Rooms were calm and comfortable, featuring hot water and nice views. Breakfast was excellent, though there was room for improvement. The area was safe and convenient for exploring Medellin.
